Our early clients (leading fin-techs, e-commerce and mobile gaming unicorns) absolutely love our product and have automated cumbersome manual processes enabling their team members to focus on meaningful projects and priorities.

Who is an ideal fit for us?

What will you get to work on?

As a founding member of the Program Management team, you will:

  1. Work with the founders in scaling and co-creating the product
  2. Develop a PLG SaaS that scales globally
  3. Define the DNA of the program management team at Beeworks
  4. Program Managers will work directly with the client during their onboarding, understand their existing reconciliation process and help the tech team to develop reconciliation rules 
  5. Map out and mutually agree on a clear business goal definition for the POC

What do we expect from you?

  2. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build best-in-class product
  3. Manage client expectations and build strong relationship with client SPOCs
  4. Work closely with new clients to understand their business requirements, define business goals, create rule documents and own end-to-end success of PoC
  5. Drive on-boarding conversations with clients
  6. Pre-analysis of initial client data
  7. Automate on-boarding process for clients going forward
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MySQL is a plus
