9. Storage and Maintenance of Information Collected
Beeworks access and control the Personal Data provided by YOU. In lieu of the same, Beeworks may store information about YOU, however, Beeworks shall not be obligated to do so and may delete any information and records in whole or in part solely at Beeworks discretion. Beeworks may retain other information pertaining to YOU for as long as necessary for the purposes detailed within this Privacy Policy. Storing such other information provided by YOU shall be retained with Beeworks, on Beeworks servers, for the period of time needed for Beeworks to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce Beeworks agreements.
